WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PLACE A PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS ORDER WITH US

Have you ever wondered what happens to your promotional products order from the day that you submit it to the day you receive it?
All promotional products are sold via distributors like us - Promotional Images Inc. - we facilitate and handle the order from the moment you reach out to us to the moment you receive your package. Promotional products are all made to order and most of them are customized, so when you place an order, your goodies will go through a few steps before arriving at your door.
1. ORDER SUBMISSION
After you reach out to your designated Sales Representative, they will create your order, and a Client Services Rep. will submit your order to the respective supplier.
2. ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Your Client Services Rep. will receive a confirmation from the supplier that your order has been received. They will then send you an order acknowledgment to alert you that everything is on track! At this step, your order will be delivered from the supplier to the decorator, which can take some time depending on the stock location. Some suppliers offer decoration services, but will still have to ship products to their production facility.
Note: Apparel pieces tend to take longer to get delivered
3. LOGO DESIGN
Many factors can affect your logo design i.e. the decorating method, the imprint area size, and the imprint colors. At this step, the supplier will send us a mock-up of how your logo will look on the product, and your Client Services Rep. will forward that to you. Once you are satisfied with the design, you then submit your approval to us. Production will not start without YOUR approval for the logo placement. Note: Before an order is placed, our Graphic Design team sends the client a virtual image of what the final product will look like.
Once the decorator receives the client's approval, production begins! There are several factors that will affect the delivery time at this stage. Facility size, manpower, how many embroidery/screen printing machines, and the time needed for drying & packaging are some of these factors.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
We always prefer to confirm that the supplier/decorator received your proof approval and seek to get an estimated ship date. After some time, we check on the order to make sure everything is on track and obtain an expected delivery date.
We will send you a tracking number so that you will be able to see when your order will arrive!
At this step, we make sure you have received the order and then submit the order to our Finance team.
